There are limited PO slots for the keychains, so the PO for the keychains may be closed before the PO period ends, once it reaches the production capacity. Powerbank only available for order using addresses within Java island. Production process is estimated to take about 1-2 month(s). Shipping is estimated will be around late December 2025 - early January 2026. Actual schedule may be different from expected ones. All related updates will be announced via X (formerly twitter) and instagram story.

For damage claim, you can only ask for a refund if the merch(s) as the content of the package is broken (no refund for packaging damage, or damaged occurred during shipping process). Example of acceptable damage claim: the item sent to you is not the items you ordered, the item is broken into pieces, etc. Please provide clear photos of the unopened package showing all sides of it (so it is proved that the damage is not occurred during shipping process, or done on purpose) and an uncut, unedited unboxing video with sound on within 48 hours since the package is arrived, and sent it with the details of the damage by replying to the order confirmation email. Claim after 48 hours has passed or without the unboxing video and photos cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns.

Please pay and confirm your payment within the timeframe stated on the order confirmation email, or your order will be automatically cancelled. You will receive payment confirmation email and your order will be processed.

You will get a notification email when your order is ready and shipped.

This is not a first-come-first-serve basis commission. I will review the order first before I accept it. I do: OC (with image references only), fanart, kemonomimi. I don't do: NSFW, mecha, gore, furry, elderly. I have the right to decline a commission for any reasons.

The final product will be digital file(s) only (there is no physical product, thus no shipping needed). The default canvas will be A4 landscape 350 dpi (A5 landscape 350 dpi for chibi commission only) and I may edit/crop it to fit the composition. If you have any preferable canvas size, please discuss it first before ordering.

No deadline on the commission. They will be done based on order queue and every update will be sent by email. Usually, the work may take about 7 working days to several weeks, depending on the queue, complexity of the artwork, and unforeseen circumstances. You can also check the progress on Commission Slot & Progress. You can ask the details through dm, but please don't rush me.

Payment must be made in full via PayPal (international) or bank transfer (local/Indonesian only) before the work is started.

No refund after payment is made, unless I state that I am unable to finish your commission (in that case, refund will be done minus the PayPal fee if there is any when the payment is made using PayPal). Please be careful before placing your order.

The ongoing commission may be put on queue or dropped if the client fails to respond to email updates within 48 hours.

You can choose to be added into waiting list if all slots are taken (please check Commission Slot & Progress for slot availability). Once there are available slots, I will contact you first before offering it to public. Please respond to the waiting list slot confirmation notification either by email or dm (based on your preferences) within 2 x 24 hours, or your waiting list slot will be cancelled. Note that the commission menu and pricelist may subject to change by the time there are available slots offered to those in the waiting list.

The samples show the latest artworks, but please understand that your commission may not have the exact 100% same style as the samples since my style is evolving and improving.

Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, please discuss with me first through email with subject "Commercial Commission Inquiries". Other uses, including any NFT related activities, or AI learning and its related activities, are prohibited.

Illustration copyright belongs to me as the artist and any character(s) in it belongs to it's rightful owner.

Commission artworks will be used as my portfolios and posted on my social media. If you have any request regarding this matter (e.g. artwork will be used as gift, etc.) please inform me beforehand about when I am allowed to post the artwork and I will postpone to share it until the said date for free. There will be additional fee of 50% from the total commission price if you choose to keep it private permanently.

Clients may upload the artwork they commisioned on social media as long as they use the heavily watermarked .jpg image and give proper credit to me (either by tagging/mentioning me or sharing the original link of my post) as the illustrator.

Clients are not allowed to edit, trace, modify, reproduce, and/or claim the artwork as their own.

Fill out the commission order form I give to you via dm or email and send it by email with subject "Commission Order" to place your order. Please provide clear reference of your order, including reference images (please do attach the pictures to the email, I do not accept links).

Check your email for order confirmation email. Please pay the amount stated in full within the time frame stated on the invoice to secure the slot.

Sketch will be done and clients can do major revisions (e.g. pose, base color palette, etc.) for max. 2 times at this stage. Only minor revisions may be done after sketch.

When the artwork is done, a low-res, watermarked version will be sent for final approval. Minor revisions can be done at this stage (e.g. adding color filter, etc).

After final approval, the artwork will be sent in full-sized, softly watermarked .png and medium-sized, heavily watermarked .jpg. Please use the heavily watermarked .jpg one if you want to upload it.
